Initial Evaluation

This is for you if you are confident that our services are right for you and don’t need to speak with someone in advance. This is a great way to reach out and communicate your ideal day(s) of the week that you would like to be scheduled. In this treatment the therapist can evaluate extensively what is going on and explain how we can help. Our therapists then will develop a plan of care and get you started on that treatment that will get you back to the things you love. No referral is needed when you show up for your Initial Evaluation. Our staff can handle authorizations from your primary care physician and/or your insurance carrier.
