Do these exercises to put the brakes on aging!

A person in a light blue shirt and beige pants is crouched down on carpeted stairs with a hand clasping their head, appearing to be in distress.

I have seen it too many times in my career.

Someone falls, breaks something, and is never quite the same again.

I am on a mission to fix that.

I want to teach you how to prevent an early death! (a pretty noble goal!)

We all tend to fall according to the laws of gravity.  (not many people fall UP the stairs!)

A major strategy for not falling is to have the ability to STOP yourself from falling!

I am saying that I want you to be able to ‘apply the brakes’ to yourself if you ever lose your balance.

You can train for this!

How?

Watch my 3 minute video below for 3 different exercise tips.

Let’s ‘put on the brakes’ to your exercise routine!
