The Commonwealth Group today announced plans to develop The Delaware Center for Health and Wellness, a 40,000-square-foot medical office building at 620 Churchmans Road.
The project is slated for completion in August. The building will feature a energy efficient building envelope, LED lighting and high-end Class A finishes.
Lead tenants include The Birth Center of Wilmington, Partners in Health and Well Being, Performance Physical Therapy and Integrative Care Delaware: Center for Health and Research (ICD). The latter is a collaboration between researchers and physicians to provide comprehensive health care and research services.
