Meet Our Physical Therapists
Sara Warren
PT, DPT, OCS
Sara grew up in Pike Creek, DE and received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Delaware in 2013 followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College of Health Sciences in Bay Shore, NY in 2016. Sara is an APTA Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and APTA level 1 credentialed clinical instructor with a keen interest in post-op orthopedics. Additionally, she has experience in treating children. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her spouse and dog, running, hiking, reading, and being outside.
Samantha Bachman
PT, DPT
Sam Bachman is a physical therapist from New Jersey who currently lives in Delaware. She holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. Sam recently completed her Sports Residency at UD and specializes in working with athletes of all ages. She enjoys playing and watching sports, especially lacrosse, basketball, and gymnastics, as well as hiking and utilizing her creative skills.
Taylor Shelley
PT, DPT
Taylor is from Delaware, attended Padua Academy, and studied biology at Rider University. She completed her Master of Science in Anatomy and Clinical Health Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware. Taylor has always wanted to be a physical therapist and enjoys swimming and collecting seashells. She also likes reading, exercising, and walking her dog.
Alison Walker
PT, DPT, MTC, CMFT
Alison has a Bachelor's degree from the University of DE, a Master's degree from Wilmington University and then a Doctorate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in FL. Alison completed internships in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Delaware. She volunteered in Lima Peru, where she assisted geriatric patients in rural communities outside of the city. She has worked in nursing homes, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home health. Her background includes treating orthopedic injuries and post-surgical patients. Alison has lived in CA, NV, FL, PA, and RI. She now resides in the DE/PA area with her family.
Kristen Jackson
PTA
Kristen is from Wilmington, Delaware and graduated with honors from Delaware Technical Community College in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her son and going to Lewes beach with family. Kristen likes DIY projects, yard work, and walking her dog. She has experience working with children and the elderly and treats various orthopedic injuries.
Jennifer Morrison
PTA
Jennifer, born in Wilmington and raised in Newark, has been a Physical Therapy professional for over 25 years. Her greatest joy is seeing patients recover and regain their previous level of function, or even surpass it. Jennifer enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with loved ones, including her 2-year-old Italian Mastiff.
Alison Frank
PTA
Alison is from Yardley, PA and has degrees in exercise science and physical therapy assisting. In her free time, she enjoys family time, swimming, dancing, singing, reading, and art.
Gabriella Fusco
PT, DPT
Gabriella was born and raised in Hockessin, DE. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2021. She then made her way back up north to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in May of 2024. Gabriella is excited to return home to begin her physical therapy career and provide care to the community she grew up in. In her free time, Gabriella enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks and Philly sports teams, as well as fostering puppies from a local animal rescue.
Brenna Halligan
PT, DPT
Brenna completed her undergraduate degree in Science-Business at the University of Notre Dame where she was on the women’s rowing team for four years. Brenna graduated with her DPT from Arcadia University and is excited to work with patients of all ages and help them achieve their goals. In her free time, she loves to walk her dogs, play pickleball, and go to the beach.
