Compensation: $73,000 – $80,000 annually

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Performance Physical Therapy, you will work in a patient-centered private practice environment with manageable caseloads and a strong emphasis on individualized care. Clinicians average approximately 1.3 patients per hour, allowing you to focus on quality outcomes rather than high patient volume.

Initial evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes, and follow-up visits are structured to support personalized treatment plans and meaningful patient progress.

  • Develop individualized home exercise programs tailored to patient goals
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions for orthopedic, spine, sports medicine, and vestibular conditions
  • Communicate patient progress, expectations, and discharge planning with patients, families, and referral sources
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely documentation within Clinicient EMR
  • Collaborate with a close-knit clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences
