the fall i took several months ago that resulted in a contusion of the right shoulder (although not a pleasant experience) was ALMOST worth it when i came to PPT for treatment. absolutely the friendliest and kindest group of people i have ever met. NOT to mention their excellent treatment of many weeks that worked miracles on my injury. i saw three different PTs during my treatments and they were all extremely loving, caring, and effective. would not hesitate to go back if i suffered another injury. would consider NO other place in the area !!!

Taylor was my PT after my shoulder surgery. She did an excellent job of curating a plan that was specific to my goals and previous level of fitness. I am four months post surgery and am so grateful for all the team members at Performance that helped me get to where I am. The techs - Raven, Danielle, Sophia, and Alisha (among others whose names I don't recall) - were warm and helpful. Everybody, from the PTs to the front staff, were always helpful and supportive. Samantha Bachman has worked with me over the past month and she has been absolutely fantastic. From the initial evaluation, where she took ample time to diagnose my condition and hone in on my problem area, to my final sessions, she truly has mastered her craft and helped me drastically improve on a problem area I have had since 1997! Her attention to detail is outstanding and her ongoing interaction with me has been terrific. I want to express my appreciation to the Taylor/Heena team and the support staff for their careful initial evaluation and exercises for my rehab after 6 weeks in a leg brace following a patella fracture. I am so thankful for their personal, caring and careful evaluation each visit with exercises to ensure improvement. I'm sure has made a huge difference in my rehab. This was my first personal experience with PT which was amazing and would highly recommend PPT if you need PT.

I have used Performance Physical Therapy twice over the past four years and highly recommend them. I find them to be extremely knowledgeable about all of my physical ailments and very patient with answering any questions I have. The office is clean and machines are wiped down after each use. The staff are friendly and caring and I won't go any place else the next time I require physical therapy. Even though it means driving to Hockessin instead of the place around the corner from me. I went with elbow and forearm pain. Couldn’t lift much due to the pain. Nicki and Kristin assured me that my injury was common and they could help. They did. After about a month of exercise and ice the pain almost went away and continues to improve. Lifted weights for the first time in 3 months today and while a little sore, feel good. The entire support staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks to Gabe, Savanah, Nicki, Kristin, and the entire staff. They even offer a month in their gym when done so can monitor progress free of charge. I sincerely appreciate what they have done - get me back to living my life before the injury. Thanks!
