PROGRAM BASICS:
what makes a body coach so special for me?
Below are the requirements that will go into making sure our employees are properly trained before stretching our clients.
- All stretchers must have a body works certification (CPT, LMT) or a 4 year applied science degree (exercise science, strengthening and condition, exercise physiology, athletic training, biology).
- Must pass the National Academy of Sports Medicine Stretching and Flexibility Coach Certification or a similar assisted stretching certification from an accredited institution.
- Pass a 2 day long practical exam where they will go over 20+ different assisted stretching and flexibility techniques.
- Will shadow a certified stretching and flexibility coach for 40 hours.
