Stephen V. Rapposelli, PT, OCS
Delaware native, Salesianum Graduate, Beaver College Graduate, 17 years clinical experience, Board certified specialist in Orthopedics.


John P. Bradley, PTJohn P. Bradley, PT

John is a native of New Castle, Delaware. He attended Salesianum High School in Wilmington and then Boston University for his Physical Therapy Degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1987. His areas of special interest include physical therapy of the spine as well as ergonomics and work injury prevention. He is a regular consultant to regional and international manufacturing companies for his work in ergonomics and prevention of work related injuries.


Sharna Garrett, DPTSharna Garrett, DPT

Sharna is a native of Newark, Delaware and a 1997 graduate of Christiana High School. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowie State University, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Delaware. Prior to beginning her career at Performance, Sharna completed training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, as well as the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland where she worked extensively with athletes on a variety of orthopedic injuries. Sharna has a special clinical interest in treating adolescent athletes and the active adult population.


Bryan Fean, MPT, Cert. MDT, CSCSBryan Fean, MPT, Cert. MDT, CSCS

Bryan graduated from the University of Delaware in 2000. His focus has been out patient orthopedics. He is certified in the McKenzie method for treating individuals with spinal pathology. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Delaware and Widener University. Bryan is active in the Delaware Physical Therapy Association in which he has served as secretary for two terms.



Karen Jurjans, MSPTKaren Jurjans, MSPT

Karen is a Duke University graduate with a Master's of Physical Therapy degree from Hahnemann University. She completed a fellowship in Sports Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware in 2000 and is Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. A native of New York, she practiced for a number of years in the Washington, DC area.


Lea Flanagan, PTLea Flanagan, PT

Lea has been a practicing clinician for over 10 years. She has considerable experience in orthopedics and has a special interest, with 7 years of experience, in pediatrics. Lea graduated from Ursinus College in Collegeville PA with a Bachelors of Science majoring in biology. She went on to complete her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Widener University in Chester PA. She currently resides in Plymouth Meeting PA.


Kelly Lipsey, MPTKelly Lipsey, MPT

Kelly graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC with her masters degree in 2003. Prior to that she obtained her BS degree from Clemson University. In her years of clinical experience she has focused on outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice and enjoys working with patients to help them return to their active lifestyles.


Paula Falasca, PTAPaula Falasca, PTA

Delaware native and a graduate of St. Elizabeth High School and Delaware Technical and Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1993. She has 12 years of clinical experience with Geriatrics in Delaware Nursing Facilities and 3 Years clinical experience with Pediatrics in New Castle County Schools.
